One Stage Machine Polish
Our single stage enhancement detail aims to remove the bulk of swirls and present a much glossier, sharper and true colour to the paintwork. Eclipse Car Care offer this service at our dedicated Stone based detailing studio or alternatively as a mobile service to clients in Stoke-on-Trent, Stone, Stafford and further into Staffordshire & Cheshire.
ONE STAGE MACHINE POLISH – PROCESS;
- Alloy wheels cleaned; front facing, behind spokes and inner-rim
- Wheel arches flushed, door shuts cleaned
- Extensive wash process using the two bucket system and pH neutral shampoo/foam
- Tar deposits and iron rich/metallic contaminants chemically treated
- Remaining surface contaminants removed with a claybar; leaving a slick, glass-like finish
- Vehicle rinsed and dried with plush, ultra soft microfibre drying towels
- Scratches, oxidation, swirls and blemishes removed (60%-70%) via Dual action polisher
- Paintwork wiped over with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) to remove residues and oils leaving a slick, clean base
- Two Layers of Carnauba Wax applied (upgraded options are available)
- Trim/britework/tyres dressed and protected as necessary including tailpipes
- Glass cleaned throughout

WAX FINISH – FREE
All our detailing packages include 2 coats of wax. This will provide protection from 3-6 months if maintained in the correct way. Wax coatings offer the least protection against swirl marks and scratches.
CERAMIC COATING – Available on request
Ceramic coatings are extremely durable and offer protection on your vehicle from 1-5 years. Ceramics coatings are very hard wearing and will give some protection against light surface scratching caused by poor wash techniques etc. Your treated car will stay cleaner for longer and will be a lot easier to clean. A properly applied ceramic coating will also lock in your car’s factory fresh deep gloss shine for much longer than a normal wax.

INTERIOR PROTECTION – FROM £40.00
Leather/Fabric sealant is applied to provide great protection against dirt, UV rays and everyday use.
ENGINE BAY DETAIL – £30.00
All surfaces degreased and cleaned using APC, All Plastics dressed using Eclipse Car Care Interior Trim Cleaner & Dressing
